Processing Time

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible but processing time for now is 5 - 8 business days (M-F). Shipping extends up to 15-20 business days during huge sales.

Combine Shipping

We do combine shipping for now except during huge sales unless stated otherwise. As long as your order has NOT started processing. Just put a note before you checkout.

Change order details

We allow changing address details except during huge sales.

Rush Order

We do NOT allow rushing of order. We are on a first pay, first serve basis. If you need your order on a specific time, pleae email us before you place your order.

For Philippine orders, again, first pay - processing time starts when you're paid NOT when you placed your order.

Sticker Quality

Matte - available in high quality, velvet-like repositionable, writable sticker paper

Premium Matte - available in high quality, velvet-like repositionable, writable sticker paper, thicker and smoother. Made in Korea.

Premium Glossy - available in high quality, non-repositionable writable sticker paper, in 90 gsm.

An extra effort is needed when peeling off a sticker out of the premium matte and glossy sheet compare to regular matte. Carefully bend the sticker against the sheet to avoid breaking the sticker.

Shop Currencies

Our default shop currency is USD. There are different currencies available for our international friends but please note that during checkout page, you will be asked to pay in our default currency, USD. There maybe also conversion fee depending on your bank or Paypal.

Shipping and Returns

You can track your mail here: https://tnt.phlpost.gov.ph
By default, at 5 USD we will ship your order with tracking number and it will take 7-14 business days depending on your location.

You can also track it via your local post office site but please allow 3 - 10 business days before it appears to your local post tracking site.

You might see that the last status would be "Prepare dispatch to destination country" for 7-14 business days, that usually means that it passed our main post office and on the way to its destination :)

Please monitor your parcel! We will NOT be liable once it has been shipped back to us due to no one accepted it! We will surely shipped it back to you but you will  pay shipping fee for re-shipping it.

Cancellation and Refund, Lost Package

We don't allow cancellation or refund - but we do offer reshipping your order at our cost if it is lost along the way. (But you should have chosen the standard 5 USD shipping or premium shipping)
